Generation Aid is a youth-led nonprofit organization based in Kenya’s Kakuma Refugee Camp. Our organization is dedicated to transforming lives by providing vocational skills and EdTech programs that create educational and employment pathways for refugee communities, helping them integrate into the global economy.

Role:
Building involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, corporate partners, donors, and community leaders.
This role requires actively seeking collaborations that align with the organization’s mission, fostering mutual support, and leveraging resources for greater impact.
Role:
Focusing on securing financial support and building strong community relationships. This includes developing fundraising strategies, writing grant proposals, engaging donors through events and campaigns, building partnerships with local and International organizations
Role:
Empowering refugees by providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Mentors help refugees navigate challenges, build confidence, and integrate into new environments, offering emotional support, sharing knowledge, and connecting mentees with resources, foster independence by encouraging skill development and self-reliance
Assisting with planning and execution of key initiatives.
Designing educational content for our EdTech and vocational training programs, etc
Helping secure funding for our program
Providing virtual workshops or counseling resources.
